You are a garden locked up, my sister, my bride; you are a spring enclosed, a sealed fountain.
—SONG OF SONGS 4:12
Awake, north wind, and come, south wind! Blow on my garden, that its fragrance may spread everywhere.
Let my beloved come into his garden and taste its choice fruits.
—SONG OF SONGS 4:16
They will be like a well-watered garden, and they will sorrow no more.
—JEREMIAH 31:12
My beloved…
you are a delightful garden, full of fresh fruit and fragrant flowers. I have cultivated you and am bringing you into maturity.
Your plants will be strong with deep roots in rich soil.
You will drink your nourishment from Me day by day.
I bring rain to you in due season and watch you grow and flourish.
I am pulling out weeds, throwing out rocks, and removing obstacles that keep you from growing.
The spring and summer rains will wash and refresh you. You will awaken to dew-soaked leaves saturating you with My tender care.
I am tenderly fertilizing the soil with rich nutrients. Your life is soaked in the love of the Father.
I have allowed the Son to shine brightly to infuse you with life.
I have allowed the winds to blow to strengthen you and make you resilient.
The light of My Son, the water of My Word, and the wind of My Spirit cause you to release a sweet fragrance!
Are you letting him work in your garden?
